 The Lidun Singers collects and stores limited personal information from members upon joining and at annual renewal.  This is to enable us to monitor the vocal spread of membership and to communicate by email, post or phone.  This can include things like notifying of rehearsal changes, informing of performing schedule, notifications of membership fees due, AGM notification etc.

 Our year is currently from July to June.  We intend to obtain information for each current year and may retain the previous year’s information, but after that it will be destroyed.  The Officers of the Committee are in charge of how data is collected, stored and used on an ongoing basis and are the contact for anyone who has a request regarding their data

 Marketing emails: This includes emails from members promoting upcoming events they are involved with.  We require members to opt in or opt out of this service on the annual membership form.

 Personal information will not be transferred to any other organisation.
